Our Loyalty Club
The Studio Integrifolia Loyalty Club is our way to thank those who return to the studio and support what we do. Through exhibitions, workshops, our retail space and the studio garden, we're growing a community connected by creativity and a love of plants.
Every visit and purchase helps support independent artists, new creative opportunities, and the ongoing care of our studio garden. As a thank you, Loyalty Club participants earn rewards for their support.
How it works
-Earn 1 point for every $1 spent in store or online
-Collect 500 points and receive $50 off your next purchase
OR use your points to purchase a $50 gift card and share the love with someone else :)
Eligible purchases
Loyalty points can be earned on:
-All retail purchases, including original artworks and ceramics
-Studio Integrifolia workshops
Ineligible purchases
Loyalty points are not earned on:
-Venue hire fees for events, workshops or exhibitions
-Workshops or events hosted at Studio Integrifolia that are run by external facilitators
-Gift vouchers generated from the loyalty point system
Gift voucher purchases
Please note: Gift voucher purchases do not automatically accrue loyalty points to the purchaser’s account. Instead they can be claimed by the recipient when they spend their gift voucher.
If preferred, we are happy to add the points to your account when you purchase a gift voucher - just ask!
How to join
Joining is free and easy. Simply sign up when you make a purchase in store or online, or join now via this link: https://profile.squareup.com/merchantportal/ML72F0RSXDABQ/loyalty
Your mobile number will be used to identify your loyalty account and keep track of your points. Customer information is securely managed through Square. We will not use your number for marketing purposes or share it with anyone else.
Redeeming points
-Loyalty points can be redeemed on most purchases, including venue hire fees and fees to participate in an exhibition
-Loyalty points cannot be redeemed towards workshops or events run by external facilitators.
Redeeming Rewards Online
Existing loyalty participants can log into their account at checkout using their mobile number. Once verified via a quick SMS code, any eligible rewards you have saved up will appear as options you can instantly apply to discount your online cart. If you would like to gift your $50 reward to someone else, simply add a $50 gift voucher to your cart before redeeming the points and checking out.
