CONSIGNMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a submission you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
 

Submission & Approval Process
Please submit the actual item/s (art/product) that you wish to stock with us. The details you provide to us will be used to list / promote your item/s so please ensure they are accurate. 

All new items you wish to stock with us must be entered as a new submission. You can submit new work to us at any time. Items will be approved on a case by case basis. Please do not send us any items or surplus quantities of items that have not been requested by us, as we may return them to you at your expense.

Consignment Period 
We ask Artists / Makers to commit to a four month consignment period.

We aim to rotate stock every 3-4 months and will return work to you that hasn’t sold during this period unless another arrangement is mutually agreed upon. 
 

The four month consignment will come into effect for the item/s we receive from the date we receive them. We will confirm our receipt of items and the consignment period with you within 7 days of receiving your item/s.
 

Our focus is on offering unique, original and small-batch items (artwork / products) that are hard to find elsewhere. For original artwork we ask for exclusive rights to sell the work during the consignment period. The work is not to be sold via any other channels during that time and any sales enquiries are to be forwarded to us.
 

We do not ask for exclusivity on wares that are produced as multiples (e.g., ceramics with only slight variations, prints, greeting cards etc), however we ask that you keep us informed of other sales channels and stockists you use to sell these items.

Shop hours & online sales
We are opening in mid November 2026.
 

Our opening hours will be:
Friday & Saturday 10am - 4pm 
Sunday 10am - 2pm

We will be closed Monday - Thursday and during public holidays.
Our opening hours may change if required.
 

We are aiming to set up an online store. If you do not wish us to sell your work online, please let us know. 

 

Transit / Postage
You will cover the cost of packing & transport of your item/s to us. If you request us to return your item/s during the consignment period you will be required to cover the cost of transport / shipping (Packing fee of $15 + postage cost). We will cover the cost of returning your item/s if the decision to return the work is made by us and/or the consignment period has ended and we have not mutually agreed upon an extension.
 

Please note that due to the requirements of our PO Box, all items need to be sent to us via Australia Post or Startrack Express only. Australia Post may refuse deliveries from other couriers.
 

 

Insurance & indemnity
We will exercise all due care when handling, storing and displaying your item/s, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever to any item/s while in transit to/from us or kept on our premises. Each artist / producer is responsible for their own insurance cover for lost, stolen or damaged works during transit and throughout the consignment period. If an item is damaged we will notify you immediately and assist by providing details and photographs so you can make an insurance claim (if you have insurance). We will return the damaged item/s to you if requested and we will cover the cost of return shipping. By submitting this application you agree to these conditions.
 

Item (artwork/product) requirements​

• All items must be professionally finished, clean and free from faults or damage

• Artwork must be clearly marked on the reverse with your name, and the title of the work

• 2D artwork must be ready to hang with D-rings attached. Works on paper must be supplied in a protective cello sleeve with a firm backing board.

• Please do not advertise your own contact details on the item itself, e.g., email, phone number or address.
  You may include your name, website and/or instagram handle. 

• Please include a statement about you and your practice for promotional purposes.

Artwork Sales

• Artists / Makers are responsible for nominating the retail prices of their item/s (RRP).We ask that you price your items consistently with pricing of your work sold elsewhere.

• Studio Integrifolia will retain a 35% commission on all sales we make (deducted from the RRP).

• The RRP item price that you nominate in the submission form must be inclusive of our sales commission and any GST that you may be required to pay (if you are registered for GST). E.g., If you price your artwork at $300 and it sells, you will receive $195 from us (65% of sale). If you are registered for GST, this amount will be inclusive of GST.

 
Payment to You
Sales will be processed on a monthly basis. Sales for the month just gone will be processed within the first week of the new month. We will provide you with a list of items sold in the previous month and the sales total. You must then provide an invoice to us for 65% of the sales total so we can pay you. (i.e., Total sales made minus our 35% commission). We will not process payment to you until we receive your invoice.
 

If you are registered for GST the 65% must be inclusive of GST. Your invoice must include your bank details (account name, BSB and account number) and your ABN. Invoices will be paid within 14 days of receipt. If you need guidance with this process please email us.

All suppliers authorise Studio Integrifolia to capture and publish images of their work for promotional purposes (printed and/or digital media).
